UE3 - UT3 UED - Selection problems

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. How does one:

1) Select all static meshes within the "red building box"?
2) Copy/Paste all selected meshes from one map into another?

If you're talking about that button that selects stuff inside the builder brush, never use that. Just got to your side or top viewport and hold Ctrl and Alt whilst dragging with the left mouse button. This is know as "Marquee selection".

To copy your static meshes, did you try selecting them and using Edit->copy?
To paste the static meshes did you open the new level and try "paste"? :rolleyes:

If you want to copy-paste custom content from a cooked level to a non-cooked level, I'd highly recomend to re-import it in the other level to avoid silly errors.
