I've been wondering for a while now, English isn't my native language, and since I am often confronted to listen to Sean Paul-like music (Not that I hate it, but... Que?!), I sure did notice it wasn't anything else but some f'ed up "Jamaican English".
How you call that really is my question here.

The language is called Patois (or Patwa).
You can read up on it here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jamaican_Patois).
It's actually pretty cool :)

Patois being the french word for slang or a local dialect. Kantham probably knows this though seeing he's from "Kanada". I've no idea if there's a historical link between Jamaica and France. Maybe it was given this name by the posh english types of the time who thought it was clever to mix in french with their speech.
