UT3 Single Player resources?

I really love the U3 engine, but would like more options than just bots for something like a single player campaign. Anyone know if there's resources out there that people have made, custom enemies/whatever else?

Gears of War for pc would be best, but not many people play it, so it is hard to get proper feedback.
