I'm really confused as to why the sunlight we have in our skybox is creating these two random shadows of length across the middle of our map...
If we remove all the geometry from the surface, they stop getting created. Anyone have any ideas?

Is that all bsp or static meshes? What is the grid size for your terrain?

What you see is mostly BSP, there are just decorative static meshes.
The grid size of the terrain is, I believe you mean the TerrainScale property if I am not mistaken...
X=200
Y=260
Z=256
Grid size is 128x128 in the actual creation of the terrain

My first guess would be bsp errors. Does it kill you if you walk into those shadowed areas?

No doesn't do anything, just shows up... I am assuming some kind of BSP error -- just was hoping it wasn't ;)

Someone on the Red Orchestra forums had a very similar problem and it was BSP-error related there.
