A news that can be only described as "failing while trying to fail". Seriously.
Tremendous amount of post-apocalyptic art is out there but they pick out this one.
Yes it's got large media coverage but do they really think that this is the first time that people use these kinds of pics for something like this:
("This is the apocalyptic scene terrorists hope to create if they ever get their hands on a nuclear bomb... posted on an Islamic extremists' web site yesterday," wrote the Mail's Barry Wigmore.).
Jack Thompson gonna jump on this one for sure .

Geez, I guess all the American AK-47 owners have to turn in their legally-owned weapons because OBL was seen shooting an AK-47 in an Al Qaeida video. It's art for crying outloud.

Eh. I love to rail against the media as much as the next guy, but really? The article is simply about the blahdidyblah continuing hatred of terrorists against the west. They took some concept art from Fallout 3 and shared it amongst themselves as a: hey, this is a good idea, kind of a thing and the media reported on it.
This isn't saying that videogames are anti-west, it doesn't state the terrorists created the image, etc. It's just another small blurg to keep people worked up about terrorism and to sell papers and it HAPPENS that an image from a videogame was pulled from the site.
Edit: and just to be super-clear. This artwork was actually used to illustrate a point on an al-quaeda associated forum, and reposted(along with other photos) by SITE--a monitoring institution-- and run with by news outlets because it's cool looking. No one is saying anything about videogames, it wasn't plucked from the either, etc. Oh, and Link (http://kotaku.com/5011945/site-refutes-fallout-3-goof-is-not-red+faced)

I remember reading about this in The Mail today. I will be very interested to read The Mail tomorrow. :D
*Note* I don't actually buy The Mail, I'm not your typical Mail reader, it's just always on the table when I have my tea break.

There should be an achievement for someone who knew he lost his account in the crash.

Hah yes thanks for reminding me. I thought that the BuF achievement thread is (still?) a sticky but search does wonders.
