Hello,

I am having problems solving an issue that has never come up before. I built a nice Onslaught map with terrain and such but I cannot place spawn points. Strangely enough I tried placing them in the room that contains the skymesh and it works, when I tried moving that spawn over to the main terrain area and I hit build it said the spawn was not usable. Here's the error.
Log: Actor doesn't fit there (couldn't spawn it) -- make sure snap to grid isn't on
And yes, I tested the snap to grid and turned it on and off.

Thanks for any help!

Welcome to the forums :wavey:

I'm gonna move this question to the Mapping forum, since more people who probably have the answer to this question reside over there...

Good luck :)

That happens sometime. Looks like the spawn point has an illegal CollisionRadius that stops it from being added. If you have walls somewhere, add the playerstarts on the wall, then lower them where needed and move it where needed. In indoor maps it's easier because there are walls all around.
Are you sure you're using the simple PlayerStart by the way?

Yeah it's the normal player start, but I noticed that I can't add it in the room at all, not on the walls or anything, but I added it in the room with the skybox and moved it into the main terrain room where it wouldnt build because it said it was illegal or something. It would be awesome if someone actually wanted to look at the map and see if they can solve the problem.
