I am learning UnrealEd (from UT2004) and teaching it to some high school students. One of them has created a map with a bad builder brush.
When we do a subtraction using a rectangular builder, the resulting subtraction brush seems to have its X and Y coordinates swapped. It appears in the right place, but rotated 90 degrees. It shows up this way in any perspective view that involves lighting or textures. In the orthographic views and in the wireframe perspective, the subtraction brush appears to be directly under the builder where it's supposed to be.
This is a problem with the map and not the editor installation - if we load another map on the same machine, there's no problem, and if we move this map to another machine, the problem persists.
