I've literally stripped the threads off of every buttplug I've ever owned, so they always end up falling out. But these titanium drill bits really dig into the inside walls of your rectal cavity to ensure maximum stability. That thing ain't goin' nowhere. Oh and let's not forget, as a little added extra bonus, you can hook one of these bad boys to it for a little extra hum, or jolt, depending on how high you set it:
