Making one window stay on top of other ones

So I just got this 8800 gt card in my work computer and it cant do something that my old card did and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this.

The old NIVIDA card that I had allowed me to make one window appear over and stay on top of the other windows that I have open (works like when you bring up the task manager). This is really handy because it allows you to edit text or read an assignment and not have to alt tab between programs.

I know that ATi cards have a program called Hydravision that does the same thing but I have not idea what it is for NIVIDA.

Oh BTW the exact card I have is the following.

Just get this program I use called PowerMenu. It adds items to the System Menu of every window (the menu that comes out of the icon on the top left of every window, or Alt+Space) to adjust the process priority, window transparency, toggle always on top, or minimize to the system tray instead of the taskbar.
