I actually don't know. I want UED and UT so I can muck around and maybe produce some playable maps.

Well if you just want to map then regular UT will do. Ued 2.0 is provided in a patch.

That being said, I'd still try to get it.

Apparently not. It's a trick to use an official patch to upgrade the demo, which magically nets you the full game for free. It's more of a loophole than a pirated game.

And piracy is piracy, whatever the means. Downloading and cracking is "just a loophole" as well, in a way, doesn't make it any more justifiable unless there'd be absolutely no other way you could possibly get the game legally. Which there isn't, I see plenty of ways you could.

And the Unreal Anthology has a terrible MP bug in Unreal 1 and no S3TC textures for UT :hmm:

Probably because I don't like U2 or UT2004, and I already have U1 and the expansion. And it's cheaper my way.
