Lost Odissey, Lost Planet and Perfect Dark: Zero are the other good ones I know.

For the XBox Live Arcade, get Undertow; it's amazing in my opinion.

New Mass Effect Content dropped today (only played a little bit, but it's pretty good)
I like Lego Star Wars quite a bit
Guitar Hero or Rock band= fun
Burnout Paradise (Burnout Revenge is also a freaking great game)
Stuntman Ignition is a great bargain bin pick up
Rez is one of the best games ever (nevermind it's $10 on XBL)
Condemned was really fun and Condemned 2 comes out today.

Lost planet is definitively a rent option. And Perfect Dark: Zero is an abomination. :(

No one mentioned Rainbow Six: Vegas 2?

Not that I don't hate the gameplay... Since you have a 360, like Kantham recommended in another thread, I'd also recommend merely renting the game.

I'm leaning towards getting Burnout Paradise. The only thing holding me back is the lack of split-screen. :(
I've had so much fun playing split-screen in the previous Burnout games. Still worth getting?

COD 4 + Burnout Paradise (though I am hating doing the burning route for the GT500 right now... hate it so much)

burnout paradise rocks, I've almost all stunt runs, 7 smashes and most of the road rules left to finish the game.

Army of Two is good if you want Gow-esque coop. Its a bit short though.

Devil May Cry 4 is also good if you enjoy fighting games and Im really keen on finishing he game again which is good.


Do NOT get perfect dark zero. The game sucks, suffers of being released too early(slushy controls). Does not come close to the N64 prequel, despite better graphics.
