Activision is now the licensed maker of Bond titles through 2014. EA no longer has its claws sunk into that franchise, thank God.

Hmmm....

I don't know about this. The World is Not Enough was surprisingly good and of course before then, it was Rare and Nintendo.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see and pray there's not another Nightfire fiasco.

Nightfire I kinda liked. Agent Under Fire, not so much. I haven't even picked up Rogue Agent.

At least Activision has had some decent stuff, like CoD, THPS, X-Men Legends, etc. That gives them a leg up over EA imo.

imo, Everything or Nothing was a decent James Bond game. It's a bit clunky in parts and featured EA's horrible habit of naming ingame features (Bond Sense(TM)), but it sure as hell felt like a modern day James Bond movie with a lot of style to be hand.

Besides, admit it. James Bond should be a stealth-actioner, not an FPS. Goldeneye was just a fluke.

Rogue Agent made a piece of me die.
LET'S CALL IT GOLDEN EYE 2 BECAUSE OUR PROTAGONIST HAS AN EYE OF GOLD HURR!
Bastards stole some of my fondest childhood memories (GoldenEye RIP) by giving it the "GoldenEye 2" subtitle.

In summary, EA should be shot.
Oh, and Rogue Agent was horrible. Really, really bad.

You know it's a sad, sorry state of affairs when Activision getting a franchise is called a good thing.
