Hi UtGhost.

Both the released NeoCairo for UnrealTournament 99 and the currently in development NeoCairo for UnrealTournament 2004/2007 are a MOD of the original game. Meaning that the team modificates(MOD) the game by changing a great deal of things, from models and maps to weapons and vehicles.
This kind of modification is also called a Total-convertion since it totally changes the game around!

This also means that to play the NeoCairo MODs you need the original UnrealTournament games installed.
