ut weapon problem

hi.
hope someone can help me please.
i am running unreal tournament 99 ,so i have been told.
anyway,every time i spawn i have my hammer on,i have to change weapon every time..anyone know how to get my enforcer to spawn with back.

if it's UT99 options---->Weapons look at the top, that weapon is you HIGHEST priority.

should look like mine here in the pic

thank you both for the replies,
could not find the file that the head mentioned,so i did The wardens,and now i have my enforcer back...thank you very much.
