I have a friend who fell off a roof and broke his left arm. He can still use the mouse but I want to know if there is sonething he can use in his left hand to continue his ut play. Anyone know of a thing?
Play with only 1 good arm.

Needs a good mouse, bind mouse wheel up to going forward, mouse wheel down to backwards, middle mouse press to jump, extra mouse button 1 to strafe left, extra mouse button 2 to strafe right, plus the 3rd and 4rth button for 2 of his favorite weapons.
i use a nostromo n52... it maybe useful as you could move it to be placed on his chest and use as normal... but i dont think that anyone would recommend it as he's meant to be resting up!
