I know this is ludicrously off topic, but today marks a sad day in everyone's life, so let this stay for at least today. 50 years ago to the day, Charles Schultz released the very first Peanuts comic, and since then it grew to become one of the most popular and recognizable comic strips in the world. If you look in today's newspaper, you'll notice that it is fairly impossible to miss what has happened: at least 100 comic strips in newspapers around the world are featuring their own tributes to 'Peanuts.' If you don't have today's paper, the following link has a list of all the tributes that you can find: http://www.comics.com/comics/peanuts/tribute/ . I suggest, even if you didn't like 'Peanuts,' that you go see the massive outpouring of emotions and love that people have had for this comic and it's creator.
