Well, you have all waited, and your waiting has not been in vain!
Here is the first release of my mutator, Instagib. Basically, I just killed the loadout menu and replaced everyone's inventory with a modified Sniper Rifle.
If you want to run this on a server, it's a piece of cake. Simply run the server similar as follows:
ucc-server <mapname>?<gametype>?<admincraps>?Mutators=Instagib.MutInstagib
or
ucc-server AS-Wasteland?Game=VehicleGame.Assault?Mutators=Instagib.MutInstagib
Untested with bots, and I'm 99.9999% sure that trying to add this mutator through the WebAdmin will fail. I'm almost certain that the Mutators page was designed incorrectly.
If you just want to try it out, the easiest way is to put both files in the archive into your Pariah\System folder and then run the Batch File.
