Does anyone know of software for making maps/models of 3D environments which
- is free :)
- will run on low end computers (192MB RAM, 500MHz processor, Windows 98-ME)
- is capable of doing justice to an interactive model of Red Sands Fort (see the "Unusual Buildings" thread
- allows (relatively) easy porting of maps/models for use in 3D shooters, and in particular to the Unreal Tournament series
- allows you to explore the environment in 3D without having to port it to another program.

Maybe it's time I actually looked at my Blender book?
