Installing Skinz and Models on OS X

I am familiar with the "texture," "music," etc. folders, where you drag the .utx and .umx files in UT (I had UT game of the year on OS 9). I recently purchased UT2004 for OS X and am looking at the folder for UT and there are no folders to drag these files into. All I have is the "system" folder. Anybody have an answer?

I don`t have any experiences with MAC but have you tried to search where the "standart" .utx-files are?
