I NEED HELP!!!

I started skinning for UT and the only things that work are nali, warcow, soldier, xan mk2 and warboss.Models and everything else doesn´t work, the first skin I did was a skaarj and then model aqueen.I got advaced model support bonuspack 4 and bonuspack 4 fix and it still didn´t work.Oh and can anyone give me a link for a free trial of 3Ds Max plz:D

If you want help to the other things you need to clarify excactly what is wrong and what you did before this happened.
