Windows XP reinstall questions

i got my computer about 3 years ago, and have decided to reformat/reinstall xp. I have found "The Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder" program that finds the cd key for XP. Question is: Will i have problems with product registration if I install a new 200gb hard drive in addition to my 80gb one? I heard it lets you do certain things, i just want to check. What modifications can I do before it thinks i have a different computer?

To be more specific there are 10 hardware categories that give yes or no votes depending on if they changed or not. All of these categories count for one vote exept the for the NIC which counts as 3 votes. You need 7 yes votes and if you have less you need to reactivate. On a dockable PC (e.g laptop with docking station) you only need 4 yes votes.
