The Xbox 360 release party held in the desert by Microsoft a couple of weeks ago - otherwise known as ZeroHour - featured a lengthy Gears of War gameplay demonstration by none other than Epic Games' CliffyB. This one is a pretty decent shaky cam video featuring an extended gameplay session including the burning city scene, the rainy approach to the dark building, and (one I've not seen) a rail car ride through the dark. All in all, a pretty entertaining and impressive.
