Eat lots of food. It really helps! :D

(Just be careful not to eat too much to the point you get bloating or indigestion...)

And yet you know you want to.

What to do at Christmas? Appreciate what and, far more importantly, who you have to be greatful for. If you don't have any of that to hand then go find some people to appreciate.

Alternatively you could go to a church...depends where you are I guess, but Church of England at least knows that no one gives a **** and came for the carol songing and free mince pies.
