Yaaaayy! I need more help! [Cellphone to PC]

I have a Samsung t309. I have the data kit thing. I downloaded the latest versions of the software from their site. It still does not see my phone. It connects to a freaking serial port (what the hell, seriously?) and it doesn't seem to be detected anything. I don't know anything about serial ports. Com1? Com2? I don't know!


New Development: I have three instances of the damned image editor running, apparently. Except they aren't... and I can't terminate them!

Guess I'm rebooting!

By chance do you need to install a serial driver for your phone?

I don't know! :( This thing is very poorly documented. The help file basically says "connect it and it will work because of magic." There isn't even a troubleshooting section. :|
