Simply put, it's fan-made-cross-platform 2D oldskool Mario combat goodness. I searched the board, but I didn't find a thread on it, so here goes:

I first played it on a friend's modded Xbox, and then I downloaded the PC version. While internally reconfigurable controls and netplay are still on their "features to add" list, it is quite a blast to play. If you don't have any buddies to play it with the bot AI is quick enough to give a challenge, even though they seem to be borderline psychotic in their behavior...

I almost forgot: If you have a gamepad with the right software, you can configure it to play the game until the programmers add customizable controls.
