This was just released around my area last friday, and I finally saw it last night. I thought it was a decent enough movie. Story was cool, but not something that really sucks you in. The acting was medocre at best. The fighting and action scenes were way cool I thought. Overall a good movie...Decent like I said before.
Of course, the best part is Charlize Theron in a tight black outfit kicking guys heads off. :D
Edit: This movie piqued my curiosity about the original tv show. I knew there had been several animated 'shows' called Aeon Flux in the early 90's so when I got home I looked them up online. The movie is really a lot different then the shows were.
Trevor and Aeon dont have as stable of relationship in the animated shows as in the movie. Things are a bit more...weird and philisophical in the animated shorts as well. Something that doesnt really make sense to me eithe is that in the animated shows Aeon frequently dies like shes not the main character or something, and then shes right back again in the next one. Maybe its just the format in how the shows were made and the meanings behind them. There are a lot of other differences between the movie and the show, but Im not expert and Ive never seen the show so I cant comment.
