I want to Control Vehicle on UnrealScript

Hi.
I want to control vehicle on UnrealScript.
Finally I found out modifying Vehicle.Throttle, Vehicle.Steering and Vehicle.Rise makes possible movement of the Vehicle.
And it works well.

But when a pawn has entered the vehicle, the speed of it is changed.
I have set the 3 values forcefully and in log I find that they are not changed.

What's wrong?? How can I make the tank move constantly.

Please... Please help me.
