20GB normal sized one. I've never used it since I started working from home last year though. :(

iPod is poop hahahahaha
Actually, i don't need 20gb for music and stuff and i don't have 500$ to flush.
Anyway,i rarely move out of my house (except school) so having a iPod or any mp3 player is futile to me.

I still have my 20gb that I won through that pyramid scheme :) I am pretty happy with it, for the most part. Had it for a year now, and I use it nearly every day.

I just won myself a free iPod Nano 4GB through a sales competition at work. I love this thing to death. The Nano is so friggin tiny, and I can take most of my music collection with me. It integrates so beautifully with my PowerBook and iTunes. YOU BUY NOW

6 GB iPod mini. Use it as a portable music disc between work and home and whenever I'm on the train.
Using Grado SR60's with it at the moment. Nice headphones, if a bit bulky... :S

I have an iRiver H320 but I recently acquired one of the new 30gb video iPods, and I have to say they're both damn fine pieces of kit. The iRiver has some nice features like recording and a wider array of formats (although I never really used said features much anyway), but the iPod is much sexier and easier to use. Having a companion program to automatically sync the contents of the iPod up with your collection is nice, too. Oh, and contrary to popular belief you CAN access the disk and use it as a regular external HD.
There's a lot of bad vibes about the iPod, because its OMFG APPLE or something. Oh noes its trendy with the masses! Who cares. It's pretty pricey, sure, but it's not much more expensive than similar models from other companies and you're getting a pretty high quality machine. So, bleh. It's a perfectly fine player. Quit bitching.

Nope, no iPod, did buy a nano for my bf's birthday tho...it's ridiculously small. I felt like I was gonna break it if I looked at it too intensely, and given some stories about the screens on those things i wouldn't have been surprised if I had.
It is damn cool though...even when it came and I just had the box to look at before i wrapped it, it just had this weird aura about it...ooo iPod...

I have a 40GB 4th gen and a 1GB shuffle, both used with a pair of Sennheiser PX100 headphones. Since leaving my last job, I actually use the shuffle more than the 40GB, but that's because it's so ickle and light and I can use it as a USB key at uni. The poll really should be multiple-choice. ;)

No. I have an old 128MB flash player, though, and a CD player that plays mp3 CDs.

I bought a 20 gig ipod to use while I work out. After 3 months of what ever they play in the gym... I had to have one.
If it wasnt for my new found passion for working out... I would agree with everyone else. There is no need for portable music players. LOL
I bought it before the color ones came out. Booo!

4 GB Nano Black, had a mini prior to that, quite happy with the progress the ipod's are taking, well except the video one, that one's utter crap.
I only travel by car and I've got a PC in it with 60Gb music on the hdd. No need for an iAnything.

4gb Nano, Black.
I love it it, and for those of you whining about them costing too much, you can get a Nano from Target right now for 150 beans, that's as cheap as any flash based MP3 player you'll ever find.
I love the Nano, great battery life, quick charge, it's small enough to fit in the change pocket in my jeans. The one downside, and it's major is the scratch-ability of it. I had mine for about 8 seconds and it was already scratched all to hell.
The scratching problem has become so big that there's even a class action lawsuit filed against apple, so if you bought your nano before the suit went into effect, and filed to be part of the outcome, you may be getting your ipod for free!
