I tried to get Rooster to go for it, but he says no. Sure would have been nice though, a tiny download that no one would complain about (except the ZP haters). Great for the image of PlanetUnreal, where we care about the fun you're having! More fraggin' fun for everyone. Can't have those Hp'ers having as much fun as the Lp'ers now can we? Especially now that you can turn off ZP if you don't like it, and still stay in the game.. Type "mutate zp_off" at the console

I dont know about everyone else, but the Zero ping made me play worse than normal. I felt like I was lagging for some reason.

The latest version of ZP plays beautifully, but there is only one server I can play regularly. But at least it's on even terms. When I get beat, I'm out-played, not out-pinged.

OK there is room for competition abuse, but for friendlies - c'mon admins, give it a go.

RuffRider, no problem there. With the new version of ZP, type "mutate zp_off" at the console. Voila, you are back in your non assisted game the way you like it, and the others can continue with zp if they like. Great choice! If this command does not work, then the server is running an old version of ZP.

i get flamed by zp lovers, but i tried zp, and i don't see how it works.
running around lagged, and shoot someone, and after a few moment i got a kill, even forgot that i had that man shot before.

Don't say it was because i a'm on cable, cause on that server i had a ping of 700+, and got again killed by someone who wasn't there.

I know there are alot op HPB's just out there to use ever available mod to get us LPB's becaus we all suck and we can only win due our low pings, but i play zp as hpb now and lpb, and i fail to see the fairness in it.

Blow_Smoke, you are not going to get a fair comparison by playing on a server at that kind of a ping. If you are too lagged out, then you are going to lose the benefits of zp anyway, because it cancels the shots of extremely lagged players. I've seen this myself, where I get a message warning me that the shot was "cancelled" because of 1500ms of lag.
