Pulsating light

hi,

i just made a simple box room, and inside i put a light.

in the lighting properties i set the following:

bDynamicLight=true
bLightingVisibility=true
LightType=LT_Pulse

then in 3D view i turn dynamic light on and it works. so then i 'build all' and select play map. but when i play map the lights are not pulsating. they are just static... why is this so. please help someone..

unfortunatley have to use it - its for a university assignment. have to make an abstract world. so i would really like to get them working in this version cause its the only one i can use.

any hints?
