Slow Download map! [Archive] - BeyondUnreal Forums

Hi,
i am trying to use a map in a multiuser mode. I am on a LAN. In this LAN the server starts whitout any problems. The problem is client side because it needs a lot of time to download the map.

Any idea about how to speedup download.

Can anyone confirm that this actually works for the *Runtime* and not for just 2003 or 2004? We have the runtime and cannot get a redirected download server to work ...
