THE STORY (http://www.theonion.com/news/index.php?issue=4133&n=2)   :p

How's this for a warning label? ;)

I hate it how I can't edit out errors in my Thread title. I understand why we can't delete our own threads anymore, but edit the title? :(

Eh, IMO, that isn't any funnier or noteworthy than the average Onion article...

...unless you guys failed to realize The Onion is a satire site. ;)

edit: this may be on the onion for now but it wouldnt suprise me if some idiots actually come with that intelligent gravity stuff.

 Gotta love The Onion."Anti-falling physicists have been theorizing for decades about the 'electromagnetic force,' the 'weak nuclear force,' the 'strong nuclear force,' and so-called 'force of gravity,'" Burdett said. "And they tilt their findings toward trying to unite them into one force. But readers of the Bible have already known for millennia what this one, unified force is: His name is Jesus."

It's interesting indeed, since the way gravity works is still not completely understood and proven, with gravitons (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graviton) and gravitational waves and whatnot still being hypothetical.

The fact that even this (well accepted) theory is still just that: a theory, makes this satirical article even more effective. :)

Closed-minded gravitists
If someone called me this, I'd call them a hypocrite for calling me "close-minded"
And yes, I realize the story is from The Onion

Gravity is a law, and, like all laws, may be broken when convenient.

How's this for a warning label? ;)That warning label neglects to mention the severe damage such a textbook wrecks on the inner lining of a person's wallet. Symptoms include a loss of green, inability to buy other things, and frequent changing of editions.
