have you seen the hot coffee mod, it's pretty graphic, and it requires no downloading or installations, not only does it feature some pretty heavy BJ action, you've got some misionary, and doggy style in there too, all with some fairly odd "sim style" commentary and dirty talk going on.

Yeah, instead of removing the adult content they just disabled it via something like "bPorn=false". A modder found that little piece of code and set it true and enabled the adult mini-game. Rockstar were dumbasses for not removing the questionable content entirely.

I don't have no action replay, and I got into it just fine, I had to download a little tweaker that changed some setting coded somewhere deep in the nether regions of my game, but the whole download was about 500K.

and it is pretty graphic, they're not clothed, there is one where you have simulated sex with some asian chick while you're clothed, but there is also one where you get a BJ from a chick on a bed, with a full on weener shot, including some slurping noises, then she strips down and climbs on top for the uh....penetration sequence.

it's really pretty graphic, I don't like having it in there, and if it wasn't something that I had to willingly go out and unlock to see, if it was just a part of the game, I would actually think twice about buying the game at all, that's just me though.

btw, I have the PC version, I don't know if it even works for PS2 or not but I'm just sayin.

I'm pretty sure the nude skins were added with the mod you downloaded, however the dry humping and dry "BJ'ing" was already in the game, just disabled by a simple code segment like Tom mentioned. So unless someone can prove it wrong and enable the nude skins on the PS2 version, I will believe that the nude skins were part of the download.

But anyway, I agree it is pretty graphic, clothed or not. You see your character grabbing the head of a woman and shoving it up and down on your *beep*.

the pc-version required a download
the ps2-version just requires a relatively short sequence of codes that one enters through a cheat-device such as that Gameshark-thingy.

ie : it's not your average cheat such as the button-sequences that give an extra life or the tank and stuff like that.

I guess they must censor tv, magazines and movies quite a bit if you think that a tiroler/playboy-version of a sexual act is 'graphic'.

Like JaFO said, that stuff in Hot Coffee is harmless compared to the rest of the stuff in game. Anyone that lives in Europe knows that sex on tv is pretty common, and in a mature rated game with killing, clothed sex shouldn't be offensive.

In comparison, if you took all the sex scenes out of a movie like Basic Instinct, you'd still have an R rating easily. I think the problem is with the stupid ESRB rating system. Why can't they just use the same ratings as movies? "M"ature should be the same as "R"

Thats why the action replay was mentioned, thats what enables the sex sequence in the console versions. As for the nudity, the schmuck who unlocked the content went the extra mile and created nude skins for the models so thats why you see nudity. Gamespot replicated the code for the ps2 version and there was no nudity whatsoever, just fully clothed humping action and simulated pants blowjobs.

By the way to get the nudity for the pc, you had to DOWNLOAD that little file ;)

Exactly. My guess is, in order to maintain an M rating and because they were very near to shipping the game, they had no choice but to comment out the code, instead of removing the actual content. When a game is coming to an end, and you're still fixing bugs, you resort to doing the absolute least risky fix possible. It may not be the best fix, but it's going to be the least risky. Why take the chance of altering content, when it's much easier to just disable the trigger? ;)

Still, it came back to bite them in the ass, which could be a bad thing for them or a good thing. Think of all the publicity they are getting. :o

Yeah, we have those "golden" 50's to thank for that, where teenage pregnancy was rampant but largely unreported (adoptions, abortions, etc was the solution).
