Lighting Question

I started a new map the other day and today I was messing around with some lights and I got this little prob:

As you can see, the three uppermost surfaces are superbright compared to the others. The only lights are the ones you see on the sides where the coronas are.

Any way to fix this? Thanks guys.

quite wierd...what could be hapennig is that the static mesh at the sides are casting shadow on the side walls hence they are lookig dark compared to the upper surfaces...how about moving the lights around and see what happens...very wierd
