One of the many side-projects coming from Bond Designs (currently working on the Perfect Dark-inspired mod) is Dibs:
In this Deathmatch derivative, you call Dibs on someone by shooting them. Once you have dibs on them, you kill them to earn a point. The catch? You can't hurt anyone EXCEPT yourself and the person you have dibs on. Similarly, no one can hurt you except the person that has dibs on you.
There is also one Dibs variation included called Power Dibs. In this variation, you can hurt both the person you have dibs on and the person that has dibs on you.

There are some really kewl mods for the UT, that I'm seriously tempted to buy the game (I only own UT2k4), now if I can only find it here, all they have left in stock is UT2k3 *meh*... might have to order it online...
