Put your creative Unreal minds to work! Tell us a weapon you want in the game! Use my Necris Jet Riffle and Necris RedRunner as examples.


Weapon:Necris Jet Riffle
Primary Fiere:Flamthrower blast
Secondary: Use Jet to fly up
Mouse 3:Speed Forward

The Necris Jet Riffle is the perfect weapon for Ninjas of the sky. The primary fire fires flames out of the front with a short 25 foot range. The Secondary fire uses jet exahust to hover with the jetpack attached to the flamethrower. Using Stealth Technolagy, the jet makes little noise, yet it can persue a raptor and get close enough to burn it. Useing simple techonolagy the jet can adust to speed forward at very high speeds. The jetpack can hold nearly 1000 Unreal Ammo Units of Napalm. The jet riffle is higly exposed to Aoutomatic weapons and can be used against the user by shooting the napalm tanks. Beware of sqauds of Jet Riffle Troppers can take down anything in it's way.

Vehicle:Necris RedRunner
Primary: Duel Miniguns mounted on front
Secondary:Climb Altitude
Mouse 3: Drop Altitude
W-A-S-D:move
Passenger 1-2
Primary Fire:Fire Duel linkguns out the side window.
Secondary: Toggle Head in/out of RedRunner.
Passenger 3
Primary Fire:Rocket launcher fire
Secondary:None

The Necris RedRunner is A High Tech Hover Car capable of Climbing and Droping Altitudes. The Duel Miniguns mounted on the front sided are excelent of taking care of Jet Riffle Troppers but cannot do too much dammage to other vehicles. The vehicle cannot go lower then 10 ft. and higher the 50ft. The two front seat passengers can shoot out the windows with duel link guns and take care of enimies out of range of the drivers miniguns. The 3rd passenger shoots out of the sky roof with a rocket launcher to take care of the vehicles that the vehicle driver and the link gunners can't kill. The biggest threat to the RedRunner is being tipped over. It can be killed easily from below by infrantry with Arviles.

A Nice Balistic Sniper Rifle Shock rifle type thing.
Made on as a mutator for UT99....

1. A weapon that shoots stake-like energy projectiles. They travel faster than a fully charged ass grenade, but it's exit velocity is relative to the shooter not the environment, so you can get it to fly farther and faster when dodging forward, just like grenades. The energy stake sticks in the unfortunate character's mesh and does a given rate of damage over a given amount of time. The way it utilizes ammo is the same as the bio rifle. You have to hold it for awhile before it's at full charge and with more charge it consuimes more ammo and stays on the victim for a longer time, doing more damage.

2. A weapon that rewards tracking instead of the normal hitscan. Tracking is a lot harder than hitscan and it would reduce hitscan's effectiveness when trying to use it ninja style (shoot. hide behind corner. shoot...) But to balance it out, it would fire automatically. So you track someone for a given amount of time without taking your cursor off (much like the rocket lock system) and it fires a hitscan bolt at the enemy.

3. A grenade launcher that enables you to attach grenades to yourself.

4. A biorifle that adds the momentum of the user, much like ass grenades.

5. A rocket launcher that you can charge and switch weapons or throw it while charging it and it will retain it's charge. So, if you charge a rocket laucher up with 3 rockets and switch weapons or throw it, you can switch back to it and fire 3 rockets instantly. Even if you could only accomplish this by throwing the rocketlauncher this would add more dimensions to gameplay.

6. It would rock if they emphasized teamwork more in the next UT. Right now the teams are too spread out. It would be awesome if CTF was a lot more packed in. The linkgun's team-linking feature is pretty cool. But I'd like to see more advanced energy weapon interaction, so 2 team-mates can use a certain weapon combination in a skilled way and benefit from it. Or a skilled and precise enemy can turn your energy weapon's projectiles against you.

The shieldgun's coolest feature, other than using it to move around faster, is it's interaction with other energy weapons. It's cool how it can reflect shock cores and plasma. I can't count how many times I've played shock core tennis (someone serves the core the other person bounces it back with shield and the server switches to shield and passes it back)

It would be cool if the linkgun interacted with the shock cores. So if you shafted a moving core you could change or manipulate it's movement somehow, or cause a temporary warp in space so projectiles that went within that space would have their momentum shifted in a different direction, or something crazy.

We need cooler and more involving projectile weapons. There needs to be more team oriented weapons. Packed in battles. Players should feel the need to travel in packs more

Secondary Fire:Charges - 10 to enough power to make a player with everything max get their body explode with their remainings flying in a 20 meter radius.
Ammo: 50 - Auto-Rechargable

The Gibber

Primary Fire: Gibs enemy - Infinity + 2 Damage
Ammo: 1 - 1

Ghey Ass Gun

Primary Fire: Stings enemy - 1 Damage
Ammo: 999 - 999

In conquest , allow you to use the asmd shockcore ammo as handheld self destruct bomb for demolition purposes,

Allow the linkgun secondary interfere with the asmd secondary as there both plasma weapons....................

A motorbike. One that tips over if you corner too fast and sends you flying. It needs to be fast -faster than a manta. On it; there is minimal armour - and it fires a fireball like projectile - a souped up rocket launcher - but with a catch - this weapon gets it's energy from the kinetic energy of the bike - so the faster you go, the more powerful the weapon.

Alt fire would be a deflector shield like a paladins; but far smaller, and would protect from manta squishes, and reflect rather than absorb any incoming fire.

ok ok I know its unfeasible; but still wouldn't it be terrific fun.

At first i thought wtf...
but on a second look i think this is a really cool idea. I spend my life tracking enemies for them to jump out of the way as i fire at them. Would be nice to get a reward for this work.

Now that would kick ass. I've never even seen a mutator of it before either.
One thing I would change, make all ammo able to do this. A bit like exploding ammo on UT99, but you can put them where you want.

a scorpion(rocket machine)
450 armor
primary is the predator's primary(plasma machinegun)
alt is cicada's primary(rockets)
space bar is to shield yourself (hold) for 5 seconds.
try mounting the levi's missiles onto a scorpion-the A.S.S clan way:D

A Vehichle tagger.

A small; fast, raptor like vehichle; which launches beacons that if it hits an enemy vehichle; that vehichle is then highlited on each of your teammate's maps.

Any avril or other guided rocket (including locked rocket launcher fire) that locks on to that vehichle has additional manouverability, speed and has bonus dammage.

2nd seat(right front seat) t3h r0x0r minigun weaker then goliath one but with impressive presicion atached do the right door.
Teh "minigun" stats:
Primary fire:10 dmg with same rate as ut2k4 normal minigun primary fire
Secondary fire:same s***

would be usefull for team deplacement lik in ONS- u attack a node, ur damaged the team goes in the truck sum1 driving and sum1 shooting and while they are in they get healed depending on how much free people is in truck.
3rd seat(back of the truck)
Avril seat, shoots same missiles but much faster cuz its automated.
4th seat "healer", while in the truck he could heal damaged team mates and himself the rate will be 3hp/sec for every1 in the truck.
5th same as the 4 but with 6 hp/sec

!~~Grenades~~!
Would be cool if the introduce grenades like in cs...and u will have a little panel like for wepons.

Smoke
ehh just a smoke grenade to pass a camped area

Toxic smoke grenade
Ehh too camp a place when sum 1 passes hes hit 10 hp/sec(directly hits hp dont touch the shield)

Lighting grenade
hits the closest person with a limited range and if sum1 else is near it will chainly hit him too but less damage

Shock grenade
Explodes like a shock combo

In ut2k4 there is no wepon that shoots fast and hits instantly(like lighting and shock rifle) so it would be cool to have laser gun that hits instantly but deals few damage like cicada 2nd seat gun

That would be cool to have a builtin tagger on the grenades. So you can track where you're grenades go.

This isn't my idea but they should add a dreadnought from warhammer 40k and it's primary fire is a bolter gun attached at the top and the secondary is catching an enemy with it's arm and squishing it too death :D, also i thought of a anti vehicle weapon called the anti matter gun where primary fire is a huge black hole that only vehicle's get sucked (including air and ground vehicle's) and the secondary make's the black hole spit out the vehicle's causing then to explode when they hit the ground , and it's nickname is the biatch gun because when you kill everyone they start getting angry and calling you a biatch :lol:
