Include mutators to modify movement?

So should there be the following mutators (for the hardcore):

UT99 movement
UT2003 movement (boost dodge)
UT2004 movement (no boost dodge)

Ofcourse IMO I say ALL because the NORMAL UT2007 style movement is what will USUALLY be played so I wouldnt worry about the new players getting intimidated and leaving because the MAJORITY of the servers will be playing the normal UT2007 style movement. The mutators would be designed for the hardcore addicts of movement from the previous UT's.

I'm not trying to say UT2007 movement sucks or anything (in fact I think I'll like this new movement more than any other) but ONCE IN A WHILE I would love to play with UT2004 style movement (maybe even UT99/2003).

All obviously. It allows you to cater for a greater audience. If there are servers running the different muts to allow for different gameplay stles it will be good.
I would say I miss UT99's movement, although I am used to UT2004. Hopefully UT2007 will strike it right with the movement
