Unreal Tournament99 Mouse Problem

How do I make the mouse cursor visible and allow it to be moved by the player while playing the game(As it is done in the orders menu).

I want it to be enabled while playing the game.

I want to do it in Unreal Tournament 99, ie., the Unreal1 Engine, not for UT2K4.

Something like what is done in the speech/orders window.

Anyway are there any strategy game mods for the Unreal Engine?

You can easily translate UT2004's code into UT99, just have to use slightly different class's instead to achieve the same effect.

USkaarj I believe came out for UT99.
