A little question about PS.

I never had a console before so i don't know the answer.
Are there any third party mice and keyboards that work with a console ?
And if all the games support it or only spcific games ?

I ask this because i plan getting UT2007 on the PS3.
I will not be able to upgrade my PC for Next-Gen Games. And console is the ultimate solution.
And since UT99 i played unreal on the computer.
It would be really hard for me to use a controller instead a keyboard and mouse.

It would be great if i could play UT2007 on PS3 with a keyboard and mouse :D
And it would be even better to play on the PS3 with my PC users friends :)

I think there will be both official and unofficial Keyboards and Mice via USB.

Right now there are adapters you can get to plug in a normal mouse/keyboard into your console. They don't work horribly well compared to the pc but good enough you'll probably like them better than a gamepad if its what you are used to.

I've seen a lot of people saying that the PS3 will support kb/mouse, but I haven't seen anything concrete about it like articles etc.

Where'd people hear this?
