Where are the servers?

hey!!
i've been trying to play unreal tournament 2004 online for 2 days now and it keeps telling me that the master server cannot be reached.
what's that all about?
it used to work online.
all my other online games work fine.
has the server gone down or something?
is there any other way to play online?
any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

It has been having problems for over a week now. Not sure how long it will be.

If you have servers in your favourites list, or if you know server addresses, you can still connect to them (if the address is, say, 12.34.56.78:7777, in the console (by pressing the ~ key) you would type "open 12.34.56.78:7777" (without quotes of course) and pressing Enter).
