Can a remote camera be attached to Vehicle?

Does anyone know if it is possible to a attach a camera to a vehicle (Spinner) for the purpose of incorporating a forward looking approach display on board the vehcle

I having tried to attach a remote camera to static mesh, and the mesh to the Spinner, but with no luck. Is this possible?

Any help greatfully received.
