Hi,

is it possible to force a skin on a server?
I mean that everyone is appearing as a standard skin ...

But WITHOUT a mutator ? Or is there a mutator which is on the whitelist ?

You mean that everyone that joins the server sees everyone else as the standard skin (Jakob), no matter what they have for their own settings?

Then no, I don't think it's possible without a mutator. You probably know that you can set your own settings to force a character (info (http://users.skynet.be/taleweaver/UT2004/issues.html#ForcingSkins)), but this doesn't influence how other players see each other.

He wants the server to force the users' skins, not the users forcing skins themselves.

be kinda cool if you could force skins in ctf or tdm etc. to red team aliens, and blue tean predators

To some degree, UTComp (http://ut2004.gameamp.com/ut2004/viewUtcomp) allows you to do that: you can set it up so for yourself, blue team is forced as skin A and red team as skin B ...and give everyone fancy neonlight dresses, while you're at it.

IIRC, it's not a whitelisted mutator though :hmm:

T2A: huh?Edit your original comment back in. Leave your sick jokes to your junior high lunchtime conversations, please.

(kinda) or immoral at leastOh, yeah, it's really cheating when half of the retail characters are practically invisible most of the time. If a map has any green or brown in it, Tamika is a camoflagued ghost. The list extends far beyond Tamika, but I'm sure you can figure it out for yourself. Tard.

UTComp does it to an extent :)

Thats the point, Turns2Ashes is correct... I just forgot the name, but the last character in the list, if you use that character, you have all advantages on Grendelkeep and Morbias .... almost invisible
