Does anyone got any good articles on anti gravity? like theorys or cool things people would most likely use it for? i wish i was alive for flying vehicles/citys/buildings but i bet i wont :(

Gravity isn't going anywhere. However, there are fun options to produce upward forces counteracting gravity. The old Levitron toy, that makes use of diamagnatism, the newer superconducting levitation (there's a video of a frog floating here: http://www.hfml.ru.nl/pics/Movies/frog.mpg), the mag-lev train system etc.

It depends on the true nature of gravity, really.
- If it is a spacetime distortion, then you cant make it go away.
- If it is caused by zero-point fluctuations then you *may* (or may not) be able to pump it and turn it into useful work.
- If it is caused by an imbalance in electron and positron magnetic moments it might be possible to affect it through electromagnetic means.

Not really anything to do with anti-gravity, but its still science: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/elegant/program.html

My understanding of practical anti-grav so far is taht it has to do with super-cooled superconductors and magnets. I believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong) that the superconductors can have magnets levitate over them. That's the principle with maglev trains.
