Pariah Demo out

Hey you all should check out the Pariah demo, I have played a little of the demo and its pretty cool, very much like UT but its diffferent too.

Hummmmm, couldn't get the controls to work right. I use right mouse to move forwords, and left mouse to fire wepon in all games. I told Pariah to do this, but when I joined a game, all I could do was jump (space bar), and mouse look... Tried to reset it 2-3 times and got flustered, then gave up.
Anyone else have problems costomizing the controls?
I was a bit let down by the little bit of graphics i saw. Looks like the 2k4 engin, but seemed like detail was missing. Like I said though, I never got it working right.
Not going to mess with it again tonight, I need to get my race on ;) :D

Any Tool fans here? I just d/l the "Opiate" album lastnight. First time I've heard it. Awsome!!! I've had the song "Hush" form it for a while, but as i said, first time I've heard the full record.

APC's 1st CD is by far the best of the 3 they have out. :)

Yeah, we have a singer LOL :lol: :D But if I had to compare him to someone, I'd say he sounds more like the singer from Clutch than Maynard James. But then again, I don't think he/we really sound like anyone but us "Front13". We suck like no one else :lol: :D :rolleyes:
Jerdaygo, stevenhorton, & anyone that has access to my folder on the UW file srever have a copy of my old band's CD "Lockjaw". You'll have to ask them what they think of it.
I might upload a few Front13 songs for Jerdago to listen to. He says he like heavier music like that. The only recordings I have of Front13 are live shows and unedited. So needless to say, you can hear us drunk and ****ing up all over the place ;) Even have the singer ording shots of Jägermeister (http://www.jager.com/) for me and him over the PA. :rolleyes: We're trying to get sponcered by them.

yez yez, chickz are cool......We give away t-shirts at our shows to chicks. They have to get on the stage and change shirts there to get a free shirt.
Mostly bras, but about 20-30% are braless, and about 1 out of 5 with a bra will still flash the crowd ;) :) :D

BTw .. on the demo note. I just played it.... and was not terribly impressed by the Mult. gameplay. As a matter of fact HL2 or UT2004 are far better IMO. However... I do like how the game uses DX9.0 features and it really is a nice improvement on the UT2004 engine. Id like to hear more about the Single player... as it does sound interesting :)

I personally have only played the Mp demo. I am not a fan of the graphics. Its like using todays graphic engine but yesterdays texture. The game appears to jumpy. Its hard to see what is real texture and what is not. Can i hid behind this wall? nope cause the wall is not really there its just an image. The graphics are so mixed that they make it look like a mess. 1.0/5.0 in my review :(
