The only systems I have are an Xbox and Dreamcast.

And unfortunately, the only coop game I know of for either of these is the third LOTR game. Anybody know of any fun co-op games for either of these consoles? :)

Splinter Cell Chaos Theory is pretty awesome. Halo 2 also. Couldn't say anything else...wait...House of the Dead?

HALO 1 is a fun coop game. This is coming from someone who finds HALO overrated to the max

metal slug? dreamcast? Never even heard of one on the DC..kick ass! :P

For halo 1/2 (I don't own either..though I've played them plenty) can you play through the entire campaign with a friend?

yes it does. I think Burnout 3 does as well. Splinter Cell 3 probably has THE best co-op though

Burnout 3 has kinda co-op...you can have teams when you race. I've never had a team against the CPU, as I've always played teams online, so...

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned the Timesplitters series.

Highly recommended. The stages are designed for single player, so sometimes the levels feel too cramped for two players (cooridors, ahoy!), but still mucho fun.

It's old, but Return to Castle Wolfenstein for xbox has coop.
