No, I've seen it before in some random crappy AS map I played. Should be no different than placing any other vehicle in the map.

when i add the fighter like normal vehicles, the fighter take off at start up. so it's impossible to use it ...

It isnt impossible... all you need is a LAUNCH RAMP SO YOU DONT CRASH INTO ANYTHING (oups... caps lock and lazyness) when you start.
