If I know correctly, that's the precursor to Wonder Showzen, literally the best show ever created. Seriously, if you haven't seen this show, you absolutely must watch it. Hell, I even created a Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wonder_showzen) entry for it I love it so much.
