The new little plaything

Well you probably didn't think that I was talking about my new computer system I'm going to order tomorrow!? Well it is and a reason why I haven't been here for some time.

First off the hapy news my new system(mostly upgrade due to some things I'll use from my old system) for some heavy skinning and gaming :D
AMD 64 3500+ Winchester Socket 939
DFI LAN Party UT nF4 SLI-D Socket 939
Maxtor DiamondMax 10 300GB S-ATA150
HIS ATi Radeon X800 XL IceQ II PCI-e 16x

An allready received OCZ PowerStream 520W PSU

I'll be using my "old" RAM with it(2x512MB Crucial BallistiX PC3200), and my watercooling system.
For watercooling enthusiasts that is:
1xAquaComputer EVO120 + 120mm NorthQ 3702 fan(17db)
1xAquaComputer EVO360 + 3x120mm NorthQ 3702 fans (17db)
1xEHEIM 1048 Waterpump
10x13mm transparant PVC hoses
1xZalman ZM-WB2-Gold CPU cooler
1xAquaComputer TwinPlex Chipset cooler
Green UV-Reactive GlowMotion for the water

Then the bad news.
My motherbard is sortta really not good right now. It can't work with two RAM modules at one time without making errors(checked that in Memtest86+ 1.55 with two sets of RAM). Another thing I think its ATA controller is fried because it keeps restarting and making errors with harddisk related bluescreens, and such things.

Right now I'm forcing my self th write this at a computer where my internet is faster than the computer. Not fun :p

Enough whining I'll be up and running really soon, and enjoying my new computer. :D

Got the rest of my stuff today.
Had some trouble getting it up and running. My board doesn't like to run with two RAM in two particular DIMM's, general bug, but I got it up and running.

I'm installing some things I need right now, and so far it seems really kickass :D Looking forward to try the new X800XL card in UT2004 :D

Well I'm back on a decent, or.... more than decent, computer now :crazydance:

Hehe well I've only got some of the temporary setup, since I'm going to need a new case. There's no room for my new PSU with my EVO120 Radiator.
The watercooling is also temporary. Or the reservoir is a red bucket and is going to be my Zlaman reserator 1 passive radiator. Not visible in these pics though.

Now at last it's running, and running smoothly indeed :D
Don't think there's anything it can't handle :D
