Just showing off a little something I'm working on. It's an updated Malcom inspired by Unreal Championship 2 and the UE3 renders of Malcom. This is it in uPaint, so it doesn't represent the quality of the final product since I'll be using shaders etc.

Run into a shader problem:

I'm using diffuse, opacity, specular and specularity mask. The specular map works fine and looks great, but whenever I try to add opacity (using the default body texture with an alpha channel OR an alpha texture on it's own) the entire skin becomes transparent; not just the bit(s) specified by the alpha. Can anyone help?
