Duel 1v1 Compatition mod?

anyone know where to download this mod?

its deathmatch 1v1 and puts everyone eals in spectator que and such

ive seen it in action but i dont have it. i dont go 1 on 1 because i lack the skill >_<;...onslaught or any game type involving vehicles is what im good with :)

think i found it dunno if this is the same one though doesnt have a menue thing for swap players and such so i dont know if it has a spectater que becouse i havent had enugh people on this time night to come try =/

naw thats not it i found it the name of the mod is actuly DualGame was a mod for ut2003 but recently converted for 2004
